Abstract
This paper adopts four estimation methods of Weibull distribution parameters for the data processing of the wind speed. The Weibull model is firstly introduced. Then the four parameter estimation methods are analyzed. Finally, the four methods are respectively used to estimate the scale parameter C and the shape parameter K of the Weibull distribution. The results show that these four methods are all effective, in which the Statistic Estimation Method (SEM) has the most perfect precision. The achievements obtained in this paper offers research basis for the development of the wind power.
