  • Abstract
    In this paper, using game theory methods, According to this state which some of the problems that exist in corporate governance, raised corporate governance introduced of the concept of social capital, in the perspective of social capital and harmony, According to the definition of social capital with sociologists, this text gives its own definition of the social capital. This article holds out this concept of social capital: Social capital is social relations that embedded in the network and scarce resources which owned by individuals or organizations, and the ability to benefit from it. Such social network has been built on the basis of mutual trust and cooperation. Company harmony with the company´s management refers to all of the relevant stakeholders achieve to the state of an orderly, coordinated and complementary. Establishment of a trust game model and according to the solution of the model, try to solve the various problems that exist in corporate governance and achieve the harmonious management of the company.
