The Simulation Analysis on the Scale of University Earthquake Emergency Volunteers

China is a seism black sport. The consequence would be disastrous if the earthquake happens in staff-intensive campus. Currently, the personnel of emergency earthquake can´t meet the need of our national circumstances. So colleges and universities should abandon the fluke mind and setup an active earthquake emergency volunteer organization. In order to help the university which wants to organize the earthquake emergency volunteers, this paper mainly discussed three aspects: related research on volunteers and the scale, Design and application of simulation module in calculating campus earthquake emergency volunteer-scale, Conclusion and outlook of college earthquake emergency volunteers.
