Abstract
IT service quality has been proved important to IS success, but former researchers used to consider IT service quality and information system quality as two independent factors, the relationship between the two factors were never studied .The goal of our study is to understand the link between them, and help organizations manage their system better. SEM and SERVPERF instrument were used in our study.
