Abstract :
In this paper a new all-pass orthogonal digital filter structure generated by the discrete Schwarz matrix is presented. The stability analysis and the computation of the gramians for the new structure are presented. Also, the analysis of roundoff noise and sensitivity of the structure is considered. For the roundoff noise analysis, both the floating-point and fixed point arithmetic implementations are studied
