Abstract
The central activity of the switched-capacitor (SC) immittance simulation circuit has been restricted to the SC simulation of inductors. In contrast to this, higher-order immittance simulation circuits are seldom reported. In this paper two types of SC ungrounded higher-order immittance simulation circuits-SC Frequency Dependent Negative Resistor (FDNR) and SC Frequency Dependent Negative Capacitor (FDNCAP)-are proposed. Spreads between capacitor values of these circuits are small. Both circuits use unity gain buffers (UGB) as active devices and controlled by a 2 phase clock. A special feature of SC FDNR is to need only one UGB. The effect of parasitic capacitors on SC FDNCAP is minimized
