Abstract :
Summary form only given. In conclusion, we have demonstrated a normal incidence, resonant cavity, tunable, quantum well photodetector with distributed feedback. The photodetector has a single-channel bandwidth of approximately 2 Å and a tuning range of approximately 36 Å.
