Abstract
This presentation reports the enhancement of interlayer exchange coupling in a stacked soft magnetic underlayer produced by DC magnetron sputtering at room temperature. Grazing incidence X-ray reflective technique, vibrating sample magnetometry and longitudinal Kerr analysis are used to characterize the obtained films.
