Abstract
This paper outlines a method for propagating imprecise constraints in engineering design. An interactive CAD tool implementation is described. To enable rapid propagation, we develop an extension of the level interval algorithm capable of handling arbitrary nonlinear constraints, and implement it in the CAD tool. A simple engineering example is illustrated
