Abstract :
Ferromagnetic CoFe and CoFeB alloy nanowires were fabricated using electrochemical deposition. The surface morphology and structure analysis of the nanowires were investigated using SEM and XRD, respectively. VSM. The magnetic field annealing of Co94Fe6, Co91Fe7B2 nanowires samples were done in the direction of their easy axis of magnetization.
