Abstract
Artstein and Hart (1981) established a strong law of large numbers (SLLN) for unbounded random sets and an optimization problem arising in allocation processes under uncertainty. The aim of this study is to extend the optimization problem and to discuss it explicitly in a framework of fuzzy concepts, applying the fuzzy SLLN to it
