Abstract
A High Value Resistor (HVR) reference system has been developed. It consists of a set of seven resistors from 100 M/spl Omega/ to 100 T/spl Omega/. The resistor set is measured with two methods: a modified Wheatstone bridge and an integration system based on the charge time of a capacitor.
