Abstract :
The core issue of logistics management of college is to improve performance, and satisfy customers (teacher and students) need. It is an important part to promote the cause of university reform that we provide a scientific assessment and evaluation to logistics service performance of the colleges and universities. Logistics service performance evaluation of colleges and universities must learn from the evaluation method of enterprise performance, and gradually establish conditions suited to China´s comprehensive evaluation index system and evaluation methods, in order to improve logistics service quality. This article based on the theory in the literature to construct the college logistics service performance evaluation index system and used the AHP to empirical test of the effectiveness of index system.
