Study on Application of E-business Based ERP in Coal Enterprise

The core of ERP is to realize effective management of the whole supply chain, which is mainly embodied by management of resources of whole supply chain, lean production, concurrent works, agile manufacturing, in-advance planning and intermediate control. The coal enterprise management concept has been transformed due to the introduction of ERP. Coal production is an important activity which is decisive for the generation of value of coal product. The management of production and operation of coal enterprise is relative backward at present and there are many unreasonable internal business processes, therefore, implementation of ERP based on advanced management concept and computer technology will fundamentally change the existing management modes and methods. E-business helps to effectively realize ERP of coal enterprise and improve the informatization level and competitiveness of coal enterprise. The necessity of implementing ERP in coal enterprise was analyzed, so is the structure of ERP system of coal enterprise in e-business environment. In addition, application of e-business based ERP in coal enterprise was discussed.
