Abstract
The hyperfine spectroscopy of the rovibronic P(54)32-0 iodine line at 532 nm has been performed using diode-pumped frequency-doubled Nd:YAG lasers and the frequency modulation technique under saturated absorption conditions. Due to the high stability degree of the optical sources, the hyperfine frequency separations have been measured with an uncertainty lower than 100 Hz. From these measurement data, the hyperfine structure constants for a four term Hamiltonian have been estimated
