Abstract :
There is lack of researches on eco-efficiency of forest harvesting in China though it has been studied in other industries and enterprises. This paper sets up eco-efficiency evaluation system of plantation harvesting system based on the eco-efficiency theory and the Material Flow Analysis (MFA) theory and method. The evaluation indicators and calculation method of commercial efficiency, resource efficiency, energy efficiency and environment efficiency are putted forward. The effective ways to improve the eco-efficiency of plantation harvesting systems are proposed with Cleaner Production (CP), dematerialization and low-carbon energy application.
