Abstract
Website is the basis for enterprise carrying out on-line marketing. On the grounds of current Website evaluation research analysis, this paper brought up Website evaluation models from the perspectives of enterprises and customers. Meanwhile, it established customer-oriented valuation systems, which included three first-class indexes of Website content, convenience and performance. Then we use the Delphi method and decide twelve second-class indexes. After that, it selected one hundred small and medium enterprise (SMEs)´ Websites as samples. The research showed at present SMEs´ Websites in China were mildly helpful. A lot needed to be done with regard to product support, information update and domain adoption.
