Abstract
Summary form only given, as follows. We have constructed a prototype of an /sup 87/Rb atomic fountain clock. We will report experimental results including a measurement of the cold collision shift. Calculations suggest that the shift should be 15 times smaller than that for a Cs fountain clock.
