  • Abstract
    The current engineering quality management model and its problems in China are analyzed in this paper; an engineering quality risk innovative project management model based on risk-oriented is established on the risk management theory and engineering insurance theory. The ¿ supervision afterwards¿ management is turned to the ¿ risk pre-control¿ management based on the innovative project management model; the engineering quality risks can be prevented and reduced through the innovative project management model. One large-scale construction project is taken as an application example of the innovative project management model in the paper. The research will provide a reference for the government decision-making departments and engineering quality risk management pilot cities.
