  • Abstract
    In order to improve the reliability, stability and judgment accuracy of the air preheater hot spots detecting system, this paper introduces a new type of communication network based on the dual bus intelligent sensor, and designs three layers of simple network communication protocols according to the actual situation on site. The network adopts the intelligent sensor with the infrared sensor array and dual MCU. The intelligent sensors communicate with the decision-making body through two independent buses. Compared with the previous system, theoretical analysis and practice prove that the air preheater hot spots detecting system of the network have some advantages, such as higher stability and reliability, and it improves the MTBF and reduces the false alarm rate of the system.
