Abstract :
The paper suggests an automatic tuning method for fuzzy controller of an unknown system. Tuning is composed of rough tuning and fine tuning phases. The main idea is to obtain a second-order model for the process from two points on the Nyquist plane and to perform optimization of the fuzzy controller rule-base with this model. The two frequency points are found using a simple estimation technique from relay control results
