Abstract :
From the angle of the traditional energy assessment, the fuzzy probability theory is applied to appraise the green energy. Firstly, the influential factors of the green energy assessment for energy project are analyzed according to China´s national conditions. The factors of energy project are divided into four parts, such as absolute cost, ecological harmony, energy security and sustainability. The assessment index system of green energy is constructed. Secondly, based on the fuzzy probability theory, a new model of green energy assessment is developed. In order to assess index weighted value scientifically, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is introduced into the fuzzy weighted values to avoid the uncertainties while determining the index weights. Finally, the validity and rationality of the green energy evaluation for energy project is verified through the instance of a energy project.
