Abstract :
The corporate sustainability is increasingly becoming a knowledge-based practice in order to reduce administrative costs and improve the quality of sustainable development. The Sustainability Balanced Scorecard (SBSC) was developed to support the corporate sustainability, although there still exists a lack of clarity on what aspects constitute the SBSC and how to best achieve it. Therefore, this paper proposes a sustainability-oriented knowledge management (KM) solution to enable the application of SBSC. To be more precise, it seeks to analyze (1) what perspectives does the SBSC model includes in this paper, (2) what knowledge assets are embodied in the SBSC, and (3) how does the KM action process enable the application of SBSC.
