Abstract :
A detailed study of the anomalies in the ferromagnetic properties of the RNi4Ga compounds with R = Sm, Gd and Tb. Heat capacity measurement of these samples also show anomalies at low temperatures in addition to the peak corresponding to TC. Other magnetic properties such as magnetisation, coercivity, magnetic anisotropy and magnetic domain walls of the samples were also studied.
