Abstract
The following topics are discussed: class composition; functioning of normal vision; causes of right brain damage; the occipital lobe; the parietal lobe; the temporal lobe; the frontal lobe; symptoms and impacts on daily activities; steps in the class solutions to the problems; choice of assistive methods; class division into three groups; the visual device; the sonar device. Much more was gained from this team project than engineering designs. Much was learned about students with disabilities. For instance, the students with visual impairment had an excellent spacial sense. All of the disabled students contributed excellent criticisms and observations
