Abstract
In this paper, a type of dipole feed parabolic reflective plane cavity antenna with frequency selective surface as its overlay working at terahertz regime is presented. Using the overlay a better directivity and radiation efficiency can be attained compared to the original antenna which is without the FSS. A bow-tie feed 90 degree reflective plane antenna is improved by the implementation of appropriate FSS. Dipole feed antenna works at 101GHz with 6GHz - 10dB bandwidth and the maximum directivity is 10.7dBi, while the bow-tie feed one 126GHz, 4.5GHz and 7.8dBi.
