Scholars of domestic food safety is the main idea of science and technology, economics, management, political science perspective to expand, few examine the legal aspects of food safety problems. But no doubt the legal system is an important guarantee food safety, is from the science and technology, economics, management, political science theory and for food safety measures into law, using legal methods, techniques for food safety issues control. The Perspective from the right to legal aspects of food safety is to solve the problem of the origin of food safety work. Analysis of food safety issues that involve the people of their rights, how to define such rights, this right may relate to the other rights and how the relationship with each other. Food safety issues related to the supply of two levels of security that the adequacy of nutrition, food is just covered with the right to food right to adequate food (adequacy, availability, accessibility, sustainability) relative access, so the conclusion that food safety problems threatening people´s right to food is, the legal aspects of food safety issues will need to set up the right to food, clear the right to food, to protect the right to food to be realized.
