Abstract :
Three different dimensions of equipments under test (EUT) are simulated under two placement conditions in a guided-wave electromagnetic pulse (EMP) simulator and the field uniformity within the test zone of the simulator are computed correspondingly. Therefore two electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) test guidelines are verified which are in consistent with the requirements in transverse electromagnetic (TEM) waveguide facilities and very important to ensure the validation of the test results.
