Abstract :
In order to improve the performance and robustness of control software used in digital photo printing, we developed a software structure by using design patterns from the software engineering view. The working principle of digital photo printing is described. By analyzing the design of control software used in digital photofinishing machine, the application method of state pattern and singleton pattern in work flow management and exception handle are expounded. Testing run on a commercial photofinishing machine indicates the control system is flexible and has good performance.
