Abstract
Service innovation activities increasingly depend on good team climate; team climate has become a key factor of service innovation. Based on the connotation, the mechanism of knowledge sharing and related innovation service theory are summarized, and a model of a process between knowledge sharing and innovation service is constructed, in order to reveal the function of team climate and knowledge sharing in service innovation, to provide theoretical guidance and research methods with service innovation practices.
