Abstract :
Employee job satisfaction has directly affected on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. The study examines the factors that has impacted on the job satisfaction, and examines the relationship between demographic characteristics of hotel employees and job satisfaction. The study findings show that there are four factors of job satisfaction; there is no significant difference between demographic variables of employees and job satisfaction, but three work-related factors are uncommonly related to job satisfaction.
