RACE applications pilots-the user dimension
Abstract :
There are 17 application pilot projects in the RACE (Research and Development in Advanced Communications in Europe) program in prototyping applications which, when fully developed, will require integrated broadband communication (IBC) capabilities. Results to date are briefly reviewed.
