Abstract
To quantify the measurement error of balloon-borne air atmospheric electric field caused by the unreasonable length of sounding rope or position of sensor, a model of dielectric sphere in uniform electric field is established, the separation of variables is used to obtain the relative error of electric field under the balloon, and the impact of the relative error caused by wind is analyzed, which can provide a theoretical reference for the correction of detection parameters, the selection of sounding rope length, and the position of sensor.
