Abstract :
The preliminary study on the system which simultaneously transmits spread-spectrum signals with different process gains is presented. The basic performance such as error rate and total throughput of the system is analytically derived. For the reception of the signals, the interference cancellation scheme, in which a replica of the stronger signal is reconstructed and subtracted from the received signal before the demodulation of the weaker signal, is considered
