Abstract :
This paper presents a novel method of measuring the impulse response for the indoor power line channel on the basis of PN sequence autocorrelation properties. From the measured impulse responses, the empirical multipath channel model of power line is proposed. The simulation and experimental measurement results have verified the efficiency of the proposed model. Meanwhile, the statistical properties of the proposed model amplitude are obtained.
