Abstract :
In order to solve the lower performance of vector graphics rendering on mobile device. The path generation and drawing in OpenVG is researched. After analyzing the OpenVG rendering pipeline, accelerated rendering methods are presented in three major aspects: rasterizer, tessellate and mathematical function. Experimental results indicate that the time of tessellation and rasterization is reduced. When applied to VG samples, the algorithm results in improved performance and good visual quality graphics.
