Abstract :
The Sudbury Neutrino Observatory is a second generation, real time solar neutrino water Cherenkov detector. The electronics designed for this experiment includes a set of full custom integrated circuits to handle the large amount of data being received from the detector. One of these circuits is a CMOS analog/digital storage array used to temporarily store and identify the charge and event time information from a photomultiplier tube for later analysis. The CMOS chip will be described and several interesting features will be highlighted. Some test results will also be presented
