Abstract
A one piece multi magnetic property member for permanent magnet motor was successfully developed using dual molding technique. The member is very accurate in its shape and magnetic pole pitch, suitable to use for low cogging torque servo motor. Tensile strength measurement using test piece showed the average tensile strength of 18 N/mm2, strong enough to use in average speed motor.
