Abstract
In this paper the testing setup and testing method in the impact test of three-span pressure pipeline were introduced and discussed. In the test process a piezoelectric force sensor was tightly fixed between the missile and the mass to record the impact force. Two kinds of fixing methods were used to measure the impact force and the results acquired from different method were compared and discussed. During the impact process the variety of liquid pressure is measured by CY-YD-205 quartz pressure sensor. We also introduce the test setup and the method of the deflection testing system. Computer simulations were also carried to compare with the results of tests and to correct the error of the fixing method of load cell.
