Abstract :
Low temperature co-fired ceramics(LTCC) technology has the potential in incorporate multilayer structures and embedded passive components with minimal steps. It is based on the ceramic thick film lamination technology, which is generally regarded as being robust and relatively inexpensive. This paper describes an integrated LTCC inductor embedding NiZn ferrite material for low power electronics. And we have evaluated the inductor by using electromagnetic studio tool and measurement. Through the evaluation of the inductor, it was confirmed that the simulated values of the inductance was very close to the measured values.
