Abstract
In this paper, a measuring system of magnet properties of magnetic steel sheet under dc-biased magnetization using an open type SST and a Helmholtz coil is developed. The magnetic properties of 6.5% Si-Fe sheet under dc-biased magnetization are measured using developed measuring system. The effects of dc-bias on the hysteresis loss and the eddy current loss are also examined.
