Abstract :
In this study, four kinds of the Mn-Ir/Fe-Si/Ru exchange-coupled films with different ferromagnetic Fe-Si layer were fabricated, and a relation between microwave complex permeability and Fe-Si layer thickness was investigated. On the other hand, when decreasing the Fe-Si ferromagnetic film thickness tF, both critical frequencies f (Qges5) and f (Qges10) increased as well as the FMR frequency f x. The exchange-coupling technique enables to have controllable microwave property by changing ferromagnetic thickness, the magnetic materials corresponding to various microwave applications can be developed.
