Abstract :
This paper introduces a systematic analytical technique to synthesize lossy reciprocal and non-symmetrical microwave filters. The procedure handles multiple complex couplings among resonators and finite-Q resonators. Elliptic and Chebyshev 4-pole examples are included. The 4-pole Chebyshev example has been designed and fabricated using Combline technologies.
