Abstract :
Intelligent network is an important mean to achieve energy saving and promote renewable energy develop. With the technology of power electronics, IT, communications continuing to evolve, the smart grid will be an important direction of the electric power industry development. With the construction process of it, the reliability is paid more and more attention. The reliability method and key technology of the smart grid are introduced in this paper. The conversion of quantitative and qualitative described by cloud theory is analyzed, together with its the application in smart grid.
