Abstract
A rigorous theory for a class of linear systems which are time-varying in control and observation is presented. A successive method for transformation of those systems into time-invariant ones as well as simple estimation and control algorithms based on the corresponding time-invariant systems are suggested. Effectiveness of the given theory is demonstrated for a concrete mechanical problems
