  • Abstract
    We report the preliminary results on the frequency stabilization of two frequency-doubled diode-pumped Nd:YAG lasers to hyperfine structure components of the rovibrational transition P(54)32-0 of /sup 127/I/sub 2/ with the sub-Doppler sidebands method. In a preliminary experiment, we have obtained a relative frequency stability of 2.9/spl middot/10/sup -13/ for an integration time of 1 s.
