Abstract
In this paper we present an analytical model and a detailed stability analysis for current feedback operational amplifiers (CFOAs). Consequently, this permit us to obtain mathematically the components of the feedback loop. Besides, this model could be considered as the kernel of a SPICE macromodel. Different high frequency compensation techniques are introduced depending on the operation conditions. Problems to high frequency CFOAs are addressed covering feedback loop and both load and input capacitances
