Abstract
In this paper, we study how the quantization bit affects the low-frequency part of the sensitivity function, and shows that the flat low-frequency part may be caused by the quantization bit and not be surely due to the friction behavior. Therefore, the quantization induced problem and friction induced problem should be treated differently.
