Abstract
The domain wall width (DWW) change of nanocontact systems with various contact shapes for larger and more stable magnetoresistance (MR) ratio is investigated. The magnetic calculations are carried out using the micromagnetics simulation based on Landau-Lifschitz-Gilbert equation.
