Abstract :
Recent studies of communication network traffic processes such as Ethernet LAN traffic and D-channel packet data in an ISDN have found arrival processes with long range correlations and interarrival times with infinite variance. Here we develop some non-standard heavy traffic queueing analysis with this kind of arrival process
